I would like to take this opportunity to praise the Delaware Court Healthcare Center for the care they are giving my mother, Nancy Johnson. I have been very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the meals provided, and the activities available. I am confident my mother is getting excellent care and I was able to confirm that several weeks ago when I was in the dining room with her and three other residents during one of the activities. I was asking my mother how everything was going and she said everything was going well. Then, the other three residents spoke up and said they were very pleased with the care they were getting. At that point, I figured if the other three residents all agreed and spoke openly about being pleased with the care they were getting, I could rest assured that my mother was being very well taken care of. Plus, I KNOW my mother would tell me if things weren't going well. Anyway, recognize that most people only complain when things aren't to their standards and rarely give praise when things are going well, so I wanted to make sure that the Administration at Delaware Court is aware of how I feel about the care my mother is getting.

It was a very nice place. Had to be there after knee replacement. They were very caring and anything I needed they did their best to get it for me. The nurses and aides were wonderful and the food was even pretty tasty. All in all a great experience. I also have gone back for more physical therapy because the were so good.

She did very well at DC. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Delaware Court if you have a relative who needs after care or a place to stay.
